We have redone this
apartment fro A to Z. Everything is new and beautiful. To your left as you
enter there is a spacey bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and washing
machine. Straight ahead is the modern fully equipped kitchen where two people
can also eat. From the kitchen as well as from the adjoining combined living and
bedroom there is direct access to the balcony, which has a splendid view of the
Mediterranean including Port St.Laurent and Cap d’Antibes. The sofa is also the
bed – the best and most comfortable one available on the market ! And there is
of course a dining table should you choose to eat indoors and watch television.

This is the place for the choosy that appreciate the ambiance of the area and the closeness to the sea but still want the luxury of a quiet evening on the balcony.
All you need to bring is your clothes because the apartment is equipped with everything we could think of- except a microwave oven !
Where ?
Situated in the heart of the Côte d’Azur 12 km west of Nice between Antibes and Nice. 200m to the beach.
Cagnes sur Mer is often referred to as the only “authentic” town left in this part of the Riviera, alive all year round - yet not overrun by tourists in the high season.
On the beach fishermen still land their daily catch directly on the beach. Cros de Cagnes is a former fishing village, now part of Cagnes sur Mer that also comprises the town centre with daily market and last but not least charming medieval Haut de Cagnes.
Along the seafront and in Haut de Cagnes you will find a wide variety of pleasant restaurants. There is easy access – also by train and bus to all towns along the coast as well as by bus to Vence, Grasse and St.Paul.
By car it usually takes 10-15 min to get to Nice or Antibes and 30 min to Cannes. There are mountains in the background, 10 golf courses within a range of 25 km., plenty of famous museums and sights. According to statistics we have 300 days of sunshine per year. We believe there are even more. !

Prices per week, starting Sundays:
Included: Sheets, towels, heating (!), electricity, water, gas as well as cleaning upon departure. Not included: dishwashing and cleaning of oven.

Week 35- 52 € 600 / week
In case of stays of several consecutive weeks or long-term rentals outside high season and other vacations and Grand Prix in Monaco please contact us for possible reductions.

Conditions: 25% non refundable down payment upon reservation.
Remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. No subletting.

How to get here by car!
Driving directions to Hotel Beaurivage, where you will be picking up the keys and get final driving directions to the apartment which is only a few hundred meters away.

from Marseille.
On highway A8 exit 46 Bouche du Loup/Villeneuve-Loubet (after Antibes). Follow = "Bord de mer" towards Nice. Pass Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur (Race-track). Aproximately 500m. ahead you will see the hotel on the left hand side. Continue 500m past the hotel, stay in the righthand lane and make a U-turn over the minitunnel.
Look for the only white house with blue shutters on your right hand side, with the sun on the sign.
From Italy on highway A8.
Exit nr. 52 "St. Isidore" Then through the roundabout on 202 towards Nice for about a mile. Going under the bridge take the middle lane. RN 98 towards Cagnes sur Mer.
After the first minitunnel and the yellow church in Cagnes sur Mer you continue for 500m. Look for our sign with the logo on the right hand side.

From the airport
(also useful if you get lost)
Go all the way to TERMINAL 1 at Nice Airport. Turn left at the end of the terminal building ( U-turn) and follow the signs towards Antibes, Cannes and Cagnes sur Mer, RN 98 BORD DE MER (beach road). - about 6 km. After the first minitunnel and the yellow church in Cagnes sur Mer you continue for 500m. Look for our sign with the logo on the right hand side.
OBServe:
If you come by taxi, remember to specify Hotel Beaurivage i Cros de Cagnes and not Hotel Beaurivage in Nice.
Approximate price for taxi from the airport € 20-25 depending on time of day, weekend and amount of luggage.
